I love it. I love that feeling when you are teaching a player something and they get it. I love when you ask them to reach down deep and give everything they have, and they do. I love when you ask them to give their heart to a sport they love and they do.

The ultimate high I get is just that when I am coaching kids. I get such a kick teaching kids a sport and letting them have fun while they are at it.
